When I went to my room, it wasn't made up. The front desk lady gave me a new room, and offered a free snack from their market. She was great!

This is a nice, newer, clean, modern hotel. 4/5 star for proximity to RR tracks and in an industrial area. Did not read that in other reviews. This is really a first rate hotel, restaurants in walking distance, easy access from freeway, excellent in every way except location. Perfect if you have to be in the area, we did not. Recommend but would not stay here again.

New facility and is maintained well, with friendly front desk agents! Great value w nice breakfast area, good morning coffee. Clean and Hot Spa and pool! Ample parking in a convenient area off the interstate! This is a must stay along the Interstate near Billings!

I usually stay at Fairfield properties whenever possible because they are clean and professional and because many of them have complimentary breakfast. Their points program is extremely easy to use, unlike airlines. I usually do not review every Fairfield Inn stay because they are always the same: not exactly 5-star but never anything to complain about. Until now. I'm not sure why this particular property decided to dispense with clocks. The front desk tells me they expect people to use their smart phone to determine the time. This is crazy. First, not all of us have a smart phone. Second, many people in hotels have appointments in the morning and they need to get up on time, they sleep poorly because of any number of reasons, and they want a clock they can look at in the middle of the night when they can't sleep. They don't want to fumble around for their watch of their phone. A clock is important!

We stay many nights a year in various Marriotts. This is the best Fairfield Inn we have ever stayed at. It is clean, well run, seems new, and all the employees are extremely friendly. The breakfast was stocked with many additional items that are not normally seeing at a Fairfield Inn.

Very nice hotel, well located in case you travel from Yellowstone to Mt. Rushmore and need an overnight stay. Close to the Interstate, but still quiet. Hotel was built in 2022, hence all rooms are still in good shape, nice pool and fitness. breakfast ok-ish; we had 2 nice rooms unfortunately one of them with a pretty annoying odour, something between spilled milk, old Mozzarella cheese or alike…..

We staying at the Fairfield for one night on our way from Mt Rushmore to Spokane, WA. The location was a great stopping point. Although the hotel looks like it's just off the freeway but it took 10 minutes of round about turns through town to get to it. The room was clean and well appointed. There is a Walmart Super Center across the parking lot so it is super convenient to pick up any essentials for any road trips for a TV dinner.
