Located in a convenient transportation place from Lausanne Garre Station, it was so good to travel to Montreux and Vevey, and all the hotel staff had a kind service mind, so I had so much fun during my stay.

the hotel is close to old town and you can walk a short distance to visit the old town. The hotel lobby and restaurant is chill and cosy. the staff was friendly and nice.

1. No drainage system, our bathroom flooded with bath water
2. No slippers
3. No coffee or sugar
4. No kettle
5. No complimentary biscuits or anything
6. They came at 10pm to bring us extra towels to put on our bathroom floor due to flooding; personnel knocked twice and then bulged in into our room.
7. Carpeted floor, full of dust
8. We left our card (key) in the room and cleaning staff took it, for some reason

Very happy to have been upgraded. Rooms are decent and clean. Our room was quiet. I’d say the hotel is a bit outside the city center though, but at a very reasonable walking distance. Good price!

This hotel is so bad, we encountered four unpleasant things:
1. When we checked in, we provided a Ctrip payment order, but the front desk still asked us to pay the excess room rate. Later, at our request, the hotel was very impatient and unwilling to process a refund. The road to refund is long. I I suspect the hotel is committing malicious fraud.
2. We booked a triple room and provided three passports and reminded the receptionist, but the room only had one large bed and the sofa was empty. At our request, it was turned into a sofa bed.
3. The door lock is broken.
4. As of this morning, the elevator is out of service and all guests are taking the stairs.
