Very good location which is near train station Lucky that I got a big room with lake view. Clean room. Will stay again in the future^^

The hotel is a circular building with a garden in the center and the rooms are on the ring. I wanted a bigger space so I booked a room with three single beds. The room is on the third floor facing the inner garden and is very quiet. The gym is on the basement floor, connected to a sauna. On the door of the unisex sauna is a sign that reads "Please respect the culture of others." It is very close to the train station, a 3-5 minute walk. From the train station to the hotel, you need to climb a 30-degree steep slope, and those with large and heavy luggage need to climb slowly. However, Lausanne itself is a mountain city with ups and downs everywhere. The hotel provides a free transportation card, and there is a subway station next to the hotel, which is very convenient for travel. This transportation card allows you to take the train to the surrounding vineyards for free, such as the small town of CULLY. If you go further to Lavaux, you will have to pay.

The front desk clerk's work attitude is average and not very friendly. There are no sleeping mats in the room, so you have to ask at the front desk to get them. The water in the bathtub was clogged. I reported it to the front desk before leaving the hotel in the morning, but it had not been resolved when I returned at night. The hotel does not have a coffee machine, which is not considerate enough.

Nice hotel in the center very close to the station. Friendly and helpful staff. The room are clean an very comfortable. Very nice interior design specially the restaurant. Would definitely go back there. A very nice experience.

Close to Lausanne station, very nice hotel with dining options in and around the hotel. Walkable area for shopping around St. Francis square and the Cathedral. Sticklers for checking in exactly on time and not earlier. Room was clean with a nice shower. Enjoyed my stay.
