Good basic option in the centre of Lausanne and close to the cathedral. It's got a really nice terrace with a great view of the city.

The front desk is enthusiastic and the location is excellent. It's just opposite the train station. It's easy to get in and out. It's highly recommended. I will stay here again next time.

Friendly service. Very good location and even very quiet for the city center. Breakfast buffet very large selection. The only disadvantage, no German or English TV channels.

A budget hotel right in the city center. It has no air conditioning and does not provide purified water or electric kettles. It is next to the Lausanne Cathedral, which is quite noisy and the public transportation is more convenient.

The room is very clean and hygienic. There is a shopping mall and supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient. It is about 3 minutes away from the subway station.

Location is really in the city center and has restaurant amenities in front of the hotel next to the metro and bus stop. Top 👍 Room a bit small but its ok. Cleanliness okay. Comfortable bedding. Just no evening concierge.

Hotel Crystal is Centrally located in Lausanne in Switzerland, very near to the main Railway stations, and very much convenient to walk around. Very nice room with wonderful staff, very much clean, and Amazing Swiss quality service. We highly recommend and suggest this property.

Thank you Hotelcard for smart hotel experience . The Crystal hotel is right at Coop City in Lausanne . The room and the shower room are spacious . Beds are Neat and clean . The owner is very generous , welcome drinks with free coffee and tea on 5th floor . I do not think that all the rooms are the same. For the price I paid , I am satisfy .

Top location (only 200m to the subway, 500m to the cathedral, 1 km to the train station), very courteous staff, family atmosphere (only about 60 rooms), good breakfast with a great terrace with a dream view over the city, excellent value for money
