Ho soggiornato qui per un weekend. Mi aspettavo di piu. Il parcheggio effettivamente c'è ma non sempre si trova posta essendo usufruito anche da chi va solo al ristorante. Colazione discreta e da migliorare. Menù del ristorante sempre uguale, la camera era fredda poiché non c'era il riscaldamento acceso al nostro arrivo. Lo consiglio solo per soggiorni brevi. Molto vicino al lago e al confine con Lugano. Personale gentile

Sono stato a pausa pranzo. Ottimo menù con 3 primi a scelta e 3 secondi. Con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Con un buon parcheggio davanti e d'estate sulla terrazza si puo gustare la vista lago. Da provare anche la sera. Ah importante su instagram potete trovare il menu giornaliero che cambia ogni giorno.

Wor waren für das Wochenende im Hotel Bagat. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Samanta empfangen, Sie war wirklich lieb ausführlich und verständnisvoll mit uns. Brava Samanta Das Hotel ist sehr schön direkt am See gelegen, sehr leicht zu finden, Parkplätze hat es genügend vor dem Hotel. Die Stadt Lavena Ponte Tresa erreicht man am besten mit dem Auto (3-4 minuten), für einen Spaziergang ist es ein bisschen zu weit wegg entfernt. Das Hotel selber ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Restaurant ist zum Empfehlen, man ist sehr sehr gut. Danke an allen Mitarbeitern die uns bekocht serviert und empfangen haben.

Prachtig gelegen hotel. Aardige receptioniste voor de ontvangst. Uitzicht kamers aan de voorzijde over het meer is fantastisch, maar wij hadden een familiekamer, aan de achterzijde gelegen met ondoorzichtig glas. Kamer oogt zakelijk, niet gezellig. Kamer is daarnaast verouderd en ook de deurkruk, badkamerdeur, handdoekhaak e.d. waren kapot. Kamer ook warm en geen koeling (alleen een losse ventilator). Bed ligt wel lekker. Ontbijt is prima, alleen relatief weinig brood. Jammer dat er geen koffie machine staat. Al met al een zesje.

We had a lovely overnight stay here on our trip home from Italy. Everything, from a warm welcome by the lovely staff, to the clean and comfortable room with a great view of Lake Lugano and a shared terrace, was perfect. When we arrived, the staff was very friendly, English was spoken perfectly by the lovely lady at reception. She even offered to help me carry our luggage upstairs and brought us two coffees to the room. Our small dog was also welcomed by everyone. The breakfast buffet has everything you could possibly need and we especially enjoyed the fresh croissants and other sweet treats. I would definitely recommend the lake view rooms if you don't mind the street in front of the house. I would also recommend the restaurant in the house, we had a great dinner here with specialties from the region. All in all we had a very nice stay here and we would definitely come back if we are in the region again. Thank you 🤗❤️

struttura pulita personale molto gentile e attento ad ogni esigenza. Si può anche mangiare sia dei primi piatti che dei secondi di carne e fanno anche la pizza. C’è anche un buon parcheggio auto affianco all’hotel. Poi la vista lago è molto bella. Per me vale

Avevo prenotato in questa struttura soprattutto invogliata dalle foto, ma purtroppo appena arrivata, per motivi personali,ho dovuto disdire e alla reception, pur non avendo usufruito di nessun servizio e nemmeno messo piede in camera, mi hanno costretto a pagare la prima notte completa....(84 EURO) potevano almeno farmi pagare metà o anche meno non la notte completa dato che la camera non l'ho nemmeno vista....lo sconsiglio e sconsiglio vivamente di prenotare.... sicuramente non alloggerò MAI...

ottimo servizio , qualità del cibo buona, ma comunque ritengo che i prezzi siano troppo alti una pizza capricciosa 12 euro primi piatti da 16 euro in su e una mini panna cotta a 7 euro calcolando anche 3 euro di coperto a testa per 4 tovaglioli e una tovaglia di carta lo trovo eccessivo .
