The hotel is small and nice, it is centrally located near the train station, the car ferry, and also the promenade, where you can have a nice meal, the staff and manager are very friendly, but also the people in Laveno and the surrounding area are very friendly and helpful if you ask them when you don't know what to do, I hope it is definitely recommended

Just perfect!! An absolute gem of a hotel. Spotlessly clean, wonderful owners,fantastic breakfast and ideally located. We stayed here for 3 nights, and honestly, could find no faults. Owners and staff were so welcoming and helpful. This is how a hotel should be run!

This is a beautiful, brand-new hotel (it only opened in April 2023). The owner family members are eager to help with anything -- restaurant recommendations and reservations, outing suggestions, etc. They are all pleasant and helpful. And breakfast is as extensive and delicious as in any very large hotel. We hope to return.
