Hotel comodo da raggiungere in auto uscendo dall’autostrada. Personale estremamente cortese e professionale (in particolare la referente del centro benessere). Camera ampia e ben tenuta. Ottimo il materasso, decisamente pessimi i cuscini. Comodo il parcheggio privato. A mio parere il valore aggiunto è il centro benessere che pur non essendo molto ampio, offre veramente un’appagante esperienza di relax.

Buon hotel con stanze molto spaziose e pulite. Personale gentile. Non è vicino al centro del paese ma è comodo perchè vicino all'autostrada ed a Trento e Paganella. Pessima la colazione. Un quattro stelle in trentino non è accettabile abbia prodotti preconfezionati, precotti e da discount oltretutto con poca scelta. Prezzo alto per la zona.

Unfriendly staff. Room was near train tracks. Room size okay but electric outlets were limited in number and not located well making it difficult to use laptop at work space. Do not recommend this hotel.

Bella accoglienza, ci hanno fatto trovare un cuscino e le ciotole per il nostro cagnolino. Ma per il resto…spa a pagamento (oltre al prezzo del pernottamento, non regalato), dove vi erano 2 sole saune e una piscina, e vi si poteva accedere solo per due ore. Ristorante per la cena troppo costoso, contando che si è ospiti dell’hotel. Un primo piatto di ravioli, buono, e un secondo piatto che doveva essere una “costoletta di carrè di vitello” ma si è rivelato essere una semplice bistecca impanata, pagata oltre 20€, senza contorno. Colazione discretamente fornita, niente di che. Considerando che si tratta di un hotel a 4 stelle, le mie aspettative sono rimaste assolutamente deluse.

Location discreta fuori Trento. Comodo parcheggio. Buona accoglienza. Camere pulite . Ristorante non all'altezza per qualità e servizio. Cibo mediocre e camerieri svogliati. Colazione appena sufficiente e personale poco disponibile.
