The rooms were very nice but the cleanliness was lacking. Bathroom had toothpaste on floor and wall. Dirty in the bathroom floor and our toilet was backed up. Breakfast was edible. But the eggs were watery and the sausage patty looked like a half cooked hockey puck. Front desk was very nice. All hotel employees were nice and helpful. Lots of trash in the hallways. It seems people don't use the trash cans provided. The beds were super comfortable.

had an excellent stay at this hotel. Front desk was very helpful as well. I had some initial misgivings because there is no airport shuttle and it is a distance away from the airport, but I am glad I went ahead and stuck with this reservation. It was an interesting experience and a lot of various shops around the area. Period. I would certainly stay there again if my trip includes more than staying for an airport visit. It looks like a good base to view the surrounding area in LA. The staff there were all very busy, and it look like all hands on deck to keep the place looking good.

All the staff was amazing; they are friendly, attentive and helpful anytime they are needed. The property is located on an extraordinary location. You have many dining options and you can either walk or drive to many of those locations. The area is also very safe since there are stores open all day and people walking on the sidewalks. I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area.
