Such an awesome hotel to stay in with our softball team! Cookies are good to & super good buffet breakfast at a cost but so convenient!!!

Front desk was awesome. Room is very outdated, it smell like a Motel, shower needs to have a deep cleaning and it has the heat vent above the shower. Beds are very uncomfortable. Hilton needs to do better

Horrible management. Kids everywhere and in the hot tub throwing balls. No parents around as required. Room was full of mold and stunk.

First, great location off tollway. Upon entering lobby to check in, pool is basically in the lobby with screaming children. Our room #114 was extremely humid and smelled musty. For one night we’ll live with it. Bar does not open until 5 with a while friendly, a total rookie bartender has no clue about mixing a drink. Looking forward to a quiet relaxing cocktail but unattended children attempting to play billiards and other children screaming in the corner. Zip privacy, very cacophonic noise. Asked bartender to change channel on TV, he did not know how. Food menu is sparse and poor at best. Found out this was a former/old Holiday Inn, explains much. So if you are expecting a comfortable Hilton experience, go back to KC. Always prefer to provide positive reviews, this was difficult to do. RTinAZ

Absolutely the worst experience at a Hilton Property. We paid $239 for a room without a window. There was no daylight and when I brought it up to the front desk they said there was nothing they could do. No offer of breakfast or any gesture. I’m a Diamond member and this is how we were treated!! Thinking about leaving Hilton Rewards. Just awful

Was warm outside but the room was soooo hot. The thermostat is fake it shows 69F and it was way hotter than that and guests are not allowed to change the temperature. We were in an outside room on the first floow and car noises outside were crazy loud. Between the ghastly heat and the loud parking lot we got NO sleep. Smells like a fungus-stinky hotel the minute you walk into the lobby also. Only spent one night there and would NEVER go back. Terrible hotel.

The Doubletree was clean and nice! The breakfast was delicious! My son really enjoyed to pool and hot tub! The back elevator needs some TLC however! Overall it was a nice place to stay!
