Personnel désagréable et non arrangeant
Un empêchement médical avec certificat a malheureusement été fourni plusieurs semaines avant le jour de la réservation mais l’hôtel n’a pas souhaité être conciliant…
Je ne peux pas juger l’hôtel n’ayant pu voyager, mais la relation client est définitivement mauvaise

We hebben 1 nacht in dit hotel verbleven. De kamer was prima, douche iets minder. Geen krachtige straal. Op de kamer staar een koelkast maar is niet gevuld. Strandlakens zijn in hotel verkrijgbaar tegen borg. Het dakterras met zwembad zijn top en de ligging aan het strand prefect. Ontbijt s ochtends simpel maar prima. Wij zijn vanuit de veerboot naar hotel gelopen, is een klein half uurtje. Wellicht als het (te) warm is, is het aan te raden om een taxi te pakken of voldoende water mee te nemen.

They give a premium room on ground floor, it was really loud because behind the was the electricity generator. With this room we didn't get any natural light inside because the room is always in the shadows.
Also something really bad was that you have no possibility to have a decent breakfast, there is only one option and you can decide only which kind of eggs you want, and if you stay there one week, you are going to eat always the same.

Really nice stay - staff was awesome, the bed was so comfortable and our room was spotless - great stay - about a 15 mins walk into town so if you wanted food outside what was available at the hotel that was the only downside. Definitely recommend.
