Ho soggiornato con la famiglia la scorsa settimana per un giro al lago più Gardaland. Hotel pulito e personale gentile , camere spaziose con tutti i comfort , peccato non avere usufruito della piscina magari torneremo nel periodo estivo per provarla .

La posizione è ottima, molto comoda per visitare il lago e i suoi dintorni. La camera è abbastanza ampia e pulita. La colazione è sufficiente. Il punto negativo è sicuramente il personale, in quanto alcune persone dello staff sono risultate scortesi. Molto comodo il parcheggio. Nel complesso un buon hotel ma di sicuro non all'altezza di un vero 4 stelle

Esperienza super positiva. L'hotel è strategico per chi come noi va a Gardaland ormai ogni anno. La colazione ottima e la distanza minima dal parco sono quello che ci serviva

POSITIVO: Gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff, colazione varia ed abbondante, parcheggio in struttura. NEGATIVO: Le camere sono poco insonorizzate, si sentono rumori di ogni tipo a tutte le ore. Una presa del comodino era rotta e abbiamo trovato impronte di ospiti precedenti sulle finestre. Sul bagno non ci siamo proprio.... innanzitutto pulizia scarsa (anche l'interno del water era sporco.....), presenza di muffa o comunque sporco nelle giunture dei maniglioni e nelle fughe delle piastrelle. Assenza di piatto doccia o di divisori (cosa che fa allagare mezzo bagno essendoci solo una tendina di plastica). Gli stipiti delle porte completamente rovinati ed aperti nella parte bassa. Bocciato assolutamente per essere un 4 stelle

Wir waren mit unserem Sohn (13) in diesem Hotel. Das TH-Hotel in Lazise ist ideal gelegen für einen Besuch im Gardaland. Unser Zimmer war in Ordnung, allerdings hatten wir einen kleinen Gecko als "Untermieter". Das Frühstück war okay. Im großen Frühstücksraum war es sehr laut. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die vorhandene Tiefgarage und das freundliche Personal. Insgesamt hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt, auch wenn es kleine Abstriche gab.

Hotel ottima posizione, vicino ai parchi. Stanze spaziose,pulite, Alexa tra i servizi. Colazione super salato e dolce. Piscina carina , unica nota dolente il giovane bagnino secondo me non all'altezza, poco propenso alla soddisfazione del cliente
