The facilities are old and it is not a hotel opened in 2020 as described in the description. The transportation is also convenient. If you don't drive yourself, forget it. The central air conditioner in the house blows out the smell of smoke.

It could be an excellent residence hotel but it lacks maintenance and cleanliness is poor. Many things were not right such as the insufficiently sized curtains on the windows which forced you to remain with the shutter closed, the hot water in the shower which went from cold to boiling and vice versa, the dirty balcony with a peeling wooden table. In short, nothing to do with a 4 star. I appreciated the free garage and the quietness at night.

The hotel was nice, quite bit far from town (there is a bus stop around the corner). But the hotel staff was very helpful, we came around 1pm and were able to use the pool while waiting for the check-in. It was very clean, the room had a kitchen and fridge so we could buy our own breakfasts from the shop.

Excellent staff and room equipped with everything you need, excellent area for easily moving towards the center of Cannes. Several shops close to the hotel for various needs, courteous and friendly staff, available to meet the customer's needs. Highly recommended!
