L'hôtel vient de rouvrir après une rénovation complète. Les chambres sont spacieuses, calmes, très agréables. Le bar offre une restauration légère. Le petit déjeuner est présenté sous forme de buffet (chaud / froid) avec un choix complet. Situé au centre du Plessis Robinson, à un rond point, l'hôtel est facile d'accès. Il offre un environnement fleuri. Le personnel est très professionnel, toujours à l'écoute du client. C'est une très bonne adresse.

Le hall d'accueil est superbe mais ce n'est qu'une façade: une fois dans votre apparthôtel vous constatez qu'il n'y a qu'une dose de shampooing pour deux , que le ménage a été fait de façon négligente ou peut-être pas du tout. Pas une casserole pour chauffer un potage alors qu'il y a deux plaques chauffantes. Le personnel à l'accueil a assumé mais pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, c'est inattendu de résider dans un apparthôtel aussi lamentable. Les services d'hygiène devraient y faire une visite.

Loved the whole weekend here. Clean, spacious well appointed rooms. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff were friendly and efficient. Would certainly recommend and will return. Breakfast was excellent and there are even tea and coffee making facilities in the room. My only tip for the hotel is have some updated pictures; photos on Trip Advisor are before their renovations.

Un très bel hôtel refait a neuf. Tout est très beau et on s'y sent bien! Le déco est soigné, l'équipement et l'aménagement de la chambre est bien pensé et il ne manque rien. Le buffet petit déjeuner est bien fourni: salé, sucré, fruits frais. Le personnel est très professionnel et accueillant.

Très bonne literie, salle de bain ( propre mais l'hôtel est en travaux il est nécessaire de refaire) personnels agréables et arrangeant. Seul bémol pas d'accès au buffet pour le petit déjeuner servi sur papier et carton dans la chambre une réduction sur le tarif serait méritée car 15€ par personne c'est beaucoup trop élevé pour le peu servi.

During my two-week stay in one of the recently renovated rooms on the 5th floor, I found the accommodations to be clean and well-maintained. The staff members were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Regrettably, towards the end of my visit, I did encounter some spiders in my room. The room featured a bathtub, and I appreciated the convenience of being able to borrow an iron and ironing board from the reception. However, it's worth noting that certain basic amenities such as spoons, plates, a bottle opener, and a refrigerator were not provided in the room, but they could be borrowed from the reception upon request. Additionally, while a small water bottle was offered at check-in, no additional ones were provided, but they were available for purchase at a rate of 4+ euros, if I recall correctly. On a positive note, the location offered easy access to public transportation, nearby grocery stores, essential shops, and several restaurants, enhancing the overall convenience of the stay.
