Accueil très sympathique une chambre bien placé au calme nous avons dîné au restaurant le soir nous n’avons pas été déçu cuisine fine et de qualité, et un petit déjeuner très bien achalandé. L’hôtel est bien placé dans beau cadre de verdure Je recommande ++++++++

Le Touquet and the Holiday Inn was our first stop on a 3 1/2 week road trip around France - it was a comfortable hotel & room, in an excellent location. About a 20 minute stroll from the centre of town with good facilities including a small gym and swimming pool, the hotel also boasts a great little bar, Le Picardy, a fabulous area to relax with a cocktail and snack. All the she staff were all very friendly & accommodating. First class stay and a great place to stay to kick off our tour!

Cet hôtel est classé 4 étoiles. Tout à fait d'accord. Tout le personnel de l'établissement mérite quant à lui un fameux 5 étoiles. Tout en délicatesse, en sourire, en discrétion, en efficacité...toutes et tous vous méritez un fameux 5 étoiles. Oui, vous contribuez aussi largement à la réussite de notre séjour chez vous. L'hôtel est très propre, rudement bien aménagé, lumineux et si tranquille légèrement à l'écart du centre de la ville et dans la verdure....Ayant le souci du détail, je vous demanderais de veiller à huiler légèrement les charnières des portes des chambres du rez ( toilettes et salle d'eau).....La literie est confortable à souhait, les attentions sont nombreuses ( café, biscuits, frigo...Nous occupions une chambre, la 120, au rez, avec porte-fenêtre donnant sur la pelouse ( transat)...le top!!!!

The hotel served as a good base for a short break in France. The staff were polite and spoke good English, there are some excellent local restaurants and bakeries nearby, and the family room was spacious and comfortable. The pool area was basic but fine for a quick splash around with the children.

Great location, a nice walk from Town. Staff very helpful & good parking Breakfast was just ok, bar area nice but they could improve the inside & outside area to make it less soulless. The kids enjoyed the pool, although it was a bit tired looking & the jacuzzi was out of order. I’m not sure why they limit the time you can use the pool as we didn’t see any staff on duty. The family Room was hot & the a/c useless, I presume that’s why they give you fans - but I wouldn’t want to stay in the full heat of the summer. The main walkthrough in the hotel was covered with a glass roof which acted like greenhouse, very stuffy even in May. Overall it needs some updating & an a/c upgrade.

Hôtel vieillissant et ne correspond pas à la norme 4 étoiles proposé chez IHG. Moquette tachée et beaucoup d’endroits dans la chambre sont abîmés. Prix de la prestation bien trop élevé. Espace aquatique mal entretenu eau de la piscine trop fraîche pour un bassin de détente. Petit déjeuner TOP et personnel très sympa.
