It was a reasonable room, for the price. My son, from Hawaii, and I, from Colorado were only caring about having a great time on the Ski Cooper slopes, and we had an awesome time. We had a great dinner in Leadville, and went to bed. It wasn’t spectacular, and it wasn’t bad. It was a clean, quiet, and affordable place to spend the night.

An overnight stay , nothing else, as there was nothing else between Aspen and 1 or 2 hours driving from there on the way to Colorado Springs. Carpet everywhere should be removed. A Personal at the reception should be fluent in English, Breakfast was OK. Easy to find.

Room was not ready, tried another room but was occupied already. Third room had a broken magnetic lock so had to use the master key which I had to take back to the desk. TV didn't work. Front desk didn't do anything about it. Workers stay at this place, not recommended for anyone else.

We arrived well after 3pm check-in time to find NO person at the front desk, just a sign to call 107 for assistance. Took about 10 minutes for a person to show up. Check-in seemed slow & awkward. 2 more guests were already in line behind us by the time we got our key cards. Breakfast service starts at 6:30am. By 7am the breakfast area had already been picked almost clean. NO COFFEE! Just 5 mini cinnamon rolls & dry cereal. NO milk, no yogurt. Another call to 107 and about 15 minutes later a person arrived to start brewing coffee & restock milk & yogurt. He left & we assembled the coffee dispenser ourselves when the brew cycle finished. Later that day we needed a fresh box of tissue. But the front desk person had a waiting line of incoming guests so gave up on asking for one.

Regrettably this will be last time staying here. Condition of room was poor, toilet ran all night and place smelled old.
Service at check in was frustrating. The gentleman was nice but incredibly slow.
