Attempted to change reservation details. They would not respond to emails, text messages, the quality inn 800 number tried forwarding request too, Front desk no help, they say they would forward request to owner. No response ever. Avoid, I've stayed at other inns with no issues, it's just this location

What a nice surprise! This hotel was better than what we had expected. It has all been updated with a nice shower stall, vinyl flooring and furniture. No nasty carpeting. Bed was comfortable. It was very clean. We are Choice hotel members and you never know what to expect. This was a real gem for the price. Would recommend it and we would definitely stay here again, when we are in the Nashville area.

This place is a DIVE. Where do I start? First, the parking lot is ridiculously narrow. Difficult to get in and out of. When I walked in the room, it stunk of body odor and a musky odor. The carpet was filthy. There was hair on the bathroom vanity, mold and dirt in the shower, door handles dirty and grimy. The bed was lumpy and the pillows smelled aweful. Traffic noise too. No coffee in the room. Breakfast mediocre at best. I just don't get it. Why don't hotels realize people just want a comfortable bed and a CLEAN room?! If I hadn't been so tired and it been so late I would have moved on.

This stay was disappointing. Hotel needs updated. Room not very clean feeling and bedding had some stains. I chose a room with a hot tub and it was nice and hot with good pressure. However, the shower had the worst horrible pressure I'd ever experienced. This is a motel with room entry on the outside of the hotel. It was loud outside of my room at night with people and town sounds. It is really in a bad location with lack of peace and quiet. I could hear the drive up window speaker from a nearby fast food it was so loud and walls were thin.

Was disappointed with the motel. Had a room with two beds and it was cramped for two people. Room was so small and would hate to have had more people. Room should have been a king bed instead of two queens or doubles. The outside was filthy and pavement was sticky. The room where the ice machine is located is kinda scary. Beds were not bad but soft. The clerk at the desk was very nice and helpful.

This is such a great hotel, the staff is amazing and the location is great and the room was very clean. The pool was very clean and the kids and I had a blast here. There is a movie theater very close and a Walmart very close as well

Don't do it, we left and hunted up a Walgreens for a deodorizer. Room was not full cleaned, not vacuumed, walls were peeling had a wall phone jack in bathroom so to show dated. I will look farther on route before booking and NO more Quality Inns ever.

Checked in last last night, desk clerk super friendly that worked from 11pm to 7am. We were lost from Downtown Nashville and the desk clerk navigated us to this property and stay on the phone with us for over 30 mins. Hotel is next door to Panera and Cracker barrel and across the street from Aldi market. Breakfast was hot and fulfilling, Desk Clerk Marci, pleasant and full of knowledge of attractions of Nashville. She was a great Help with planing our week here and an awesome breakfast host here at the property. Breakfast was biscuits, eggs, sausage and hot coffee buffet style. Rooms were clean and tidy, hot showers and plenty of free parking. Hotel was super clean, beds were firm and staff aiming to please. will definitely recommend to friends and family.
