Tutto sommato la cameraea pulita e comfortevole. Il vero problema è un altro.1) sul vostro portale non èindicato come B&B. 2) il B&Bè in zona pedonale ZTL, e non è indicato.3) I parcheggi non sono disponibili in zona, bisogna parcheggiare dove capita e lontano dal B&B. Ho prenotato colazione inclusa,pensando alla colazio e standard, non continentale, ma standard: yogurth, cereali, the, eventuali cornetti. La colazione è servita dalle 08:00 presso un bar situato a 50 mt. dal B&B (stamane pioveva e mi sono bagnato). Quindi il mio giudizio finale è insufficente. Voi di ******* dovreste approfondire le offerte dei vari B&B, Hotels etc etc. Sono molto deluso, mi auguro di non vivere più un'esperinza simile, potrei cancella re la mia iscrizione a HOTELS COM GOLD.

Apartment block centrally located. Rooms are modern and a good size. The reception desk is only manned during certain times of the day, but they are responsive to calls/text messages. We booked two rooms. The air con in one of the rooms would not go below 23 degrees. We asked reception to get it fixed and they said that it couldn't be changed. It made the room stuffy and uncomfortable. Just because of this, I wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel cancelled our booking just one night before our scheduled arrival, without any explanation. This unexpected cancellation caused significant inconvenience and stress, as we had already made travel arrangements and were left scrambling to find alternative accommodations at the last minute. I strongly advise against booking with Astoria Supreme if you want to avoid unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Reliability and customer service should be top priorities for any hotel.

Una meraviglia la camera e l'intera struttura, mi sono un po' pentita di aver prenotato una sola notte invece che due e purtroppo quando mi sono decisa era tardi ed erano già al completo. Però complimenti perchè è un bellissimo posto. Alla prossima occasione!

Hotel well located in the historic center of Lecce, perfect for visiting everything on foot. You have to call to gain access to the hotel, because there is no real reception. The rooms are OK, but the soundproofing is not the best. The only downside is the breakfast. We can't call a real breakfast a cake (even a very good one) and a hot drink in a cafe around the corner.
