Place with attention to detail in every detail. The room we rented had a balcony and was nothing short of wonderful. The balconies overlooked a beautiful street in the center. Also organize yourself to be able to enter the center by car even though it is a Ztl. The hospitable and attentive staff.
Delighted to have known this beautiful structure.
The breakfast is also very varied.

Staying at Pollicastro hotel in Lecce is a must if you can afford it. It is one of the most artistic hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel is very tastefully decorated and the owner’s beautiful art pieces can be found all over the hotel. The rooms are big and beautifully decorated. To top it all the staff, notably yulia, is very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed and highly recommend it.

Magnifique boutique hotel dans le centre historique de la superbe ville de Lecce. Chambre très confortable avec une très bonne literie, tv connecté, cafetière et bouilloire. Très bonne isolation et petit balcon très agréable. Le personnel est très serviables et le petit-déjeuner correct, dommage que les pancakes sont trop petits. Juste un détail car le reste est très bon.

Palais du 16ème siècle magnifiquement rénové, suite très spacieuse et confortable. Emplacement idéal au coeur de la vieille ville. Petit déjeuner avec produits frais de très bonne qualité. Je recommande chaudement.

Beautiful hotel and room in a perfect location in Lecce which is walkable in the old town area. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to all our requests. Breakfast was wonderful. Room was specious and well appointed. Would recommend to everyone!

I think it’s no exaggeration to say that, even as someone who travels a lot, the overall feel of this place makes it one of my favourite hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The building is beautiful, the rooms are lovely and the service is friendly but also absolutely on point. Special mentions to Yulia and Francesca on reception and the whole team at breakfast. Our family room was great and there is even a beautiful roof terrace to relax at the end of the day (see photos)

The Pollicastro is a fantastic renovated boutique hotel, however the welcome to the guests and organisation does not reflect the infrastructure. They offer breakfast for guests not lodging at the hotel, we wanted to book one breakfast for 2 people around Christmas time, they took our reservation 3 times, they confirm the booking 2 of those 3 times and call back to cancel those bookings all 3 times, under the excuse that the hotel was fully booked and could not have 2 more people for BREAKFAST. So between the 23rd until the 29th the December, it was not possible to have breakfast for 2 persons not staying at the hotel, which is understandable if they did not take any booking and confirm the request, but more difficult to accept, when they call one or 2 days later to cancel, and this happened 3 times. Not an easy period to find other options, let's agree. The reason: the hotel was fully booked and could not book 2 more people for breakfast. I do not know what went wrong, the result for sure not good.
