In centro a Lecce Potenzialmente è una buona location: in centro, a pochi passi da tutto. Ma...sai che non c'è personale al check in come in molte altre strutture. È però la prima volta che ci capita di ricevere mail e messaggi WhatsApp a raffica prima del nostro arrivo. Una sorta di caccia al tesoro per avere le chiavi della stanza...Alla richiesta di lasciare la valigia alle 11, mille difficoltà, poi invece all'arrivo c'era un responsabile che ci ha aperto e dato le chiavi. Abbiamo dovuto inviare i documenti prima del nostro arrivo online. La prima mattinata a colazione 4 fette di pane in cassetta e 2 merendine. Caffè con macchinette o moka a disposizione. Peccato non ci fosse Caffè per farla...comunicato questo scarso servizio, sono stati acquistati pane e caffè per il secondo giorno. La notte tra venerdì e sabato non abbiamo dormito per gli schiamazzi provenienti dalla strada o da edifici vicini. Eppure una via tranquilla...però deve essere una costante perché sul tavolino in camera forniscono tappi per le orecchie. Abbiamo sempre trovato portone su strada e porta di ingresso all'appartamento sempre aperti. Insomma...molto da rivedere come gestione. In fondo, peccato!

Ich hatte reklamiert, dass keine Handtücher im Zimmer waren und darauf genausowenig eine Antwort erhalten, wie auf meine Bitte die Polizei auf Grund der extremen Lärmbelästigung durch die sich im Gebäude befindliche Bar/Diskothek zu rufen. Ich werde hier nie wieder übernachten und allen meinen Bekannten davon abraten.

Ho soggiornato in un bellissimo palazzo nel centro storico di Lecce, a pochi passi dalla piazza principale della città. Sono stata davvero bene: colazione di qualità, letto comodissimo, stanze pulite e comode. Ho chiesto consigli per i migliori posti dove mangiare e sono stata consigliata benissimo.

Very negative review. Upon arrival, after following all the instructions to enter, the door would not open and we were only able to enter thanks to two gentlemen who were staying there and had the key. After various adventures to find the room, we had to spend a nightmare night because of the unbearable heat because the air conditioner remained on for two minutes and then the circuit breaker tripped. I had to go at least ten times to turn it on with the risk of dying because the children were uncovered and sparking. No response to messages, only on WhatsApp, we spent the night without electricity and without air. Among other things, at night I had to get up to open the door for a lady who was locked out again due to problems with the door. I could always hear the coming and going of people going to reactivate the electricity meter. Breakfast was some biscuits and jam, rotten fruit, no drinks, no cutlery and no one at reception. Superficial cleaning. Not recommended

This establishment is to be avoided at all costs. We went through a local travel agency who booked us 3 nights there. Nearby there are extremely noisy bars and all night long drunk people scream and fight. To make matters worse an adjoining building is under construction and they start at 6:30 am ... So you sleep between 2 and 3 hours per night The management makes no effort and refers you to their incompetence The final touch is the breakfast consisting of a coffee, a small cake and a rusk TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS
