The room had a musty smell and the breakfast was very simple. On the first day, when the time came, the waiter took it away without telling me (only). I am a guest). There is not even water, so you have to buy water from the machine in the store. There is only one restaurant (rest) within walking distance. Bad review

Every time the toilet was flushed we had to go3 into the back and fix the toilet flapper that was broke. The bath tub would will up with water when taking a shower as the drain was clogged. It was like taking a bath. We avoided the staff after seeing a staff member get upset with an elderly man asking him to move and he wasn't even in the way of her.

The overall appearance the hotel was nice and clean. Very quiet. The room was really nice and clean with comfortable beds. All of the staff that we encountered were very friendly. Standard breakfast fare but just OK. Pool looked nice and was enjoyed by another family, but we did not use it.

Super clean! Staff were helpful and friendly! My family and I stay here every time we come to Amish Country and we have never been disappointed in any part of our stay! Would definitely recommend to anyone who is visiting the area whether alone or with others!

No Shower safety bars is dangerous. Floor is slippery in shower. For a person with any balance issues, this is dangerous. The room itself was very nice. There was a lot of room and well appointed. This was my first stay at quality inns. I was pleasantly surprised.

I stay at a lot of Choice Hotels. This one was terrific. I highly recommend it if in the area of Dover/New Philadelphia or if receiving medical care at the Cleveland Clinic. Clean, quality, friendly, quiet, and at a good price. I truly appreciated this pleasant surprise.

Hotel is very clean and staff very friendly. The only downside was the A/C unit was very loud and made it hard to sleep. Pool area is very nice with hot tub. Breakfast was normal hotel breakfast. Very family friendly. Hotel is conveniently located just off interstate and easy to find
