Have stayed at this hotel a few times now but this stay was exceptional. Courtney on Reception gave us a lovely warm welcome and made sure we had a great room to celebrate my husband's birthday. Great nights sleep. Super quiet and comfy bedding. Shower was simply stunning. We will return in October :)

We had an excellent stay from start to finish. Food and drink were excellent and the room had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

Lovely charming hotel. I did not dine in as was a one night stay. My room was modern, clean and extremely comfortable. The 11am check out was rather early as ordinarily 12pm works better especially if one only checks in late evening. I was called at 11:07 as I had not checked out yet - having been on a work zoom call that overran. I suggest giving guests a 30 min grace period especially if the checkout is as early as 11am. Overall though, a great place to stay in Leeds!

The hotels of the Dakota brand are all good. The rooms are relatively large and the facilities are complete. They will help with luggage. The breakfast is ordered, and the full English meal tastes good. I also stayed at her hotel in Manchester, and the quality is very stable.

Average level, not up to the level of Manchester

The hotel is small, the room facilities are good, but the lighting is dim, and the sanitation is average. The service attitude at the front desk is average. But it is the only five star hotel in Leeds and there is no better choice.
