Room was nice, but more importantly the location was 10minute walk from the station. Staff were friendly. Though for a night, what I experienced was a pleasure. Was super convenient having a sainsbury around the corner. Will definitely consider staying again in the future.

Good value for money and easy solution for regular size room and for a nice hotel in Leeds. It was nice to walk around the docks and walk into the centre of town. The ladies on reception in the evening and in the morning were pleasant and very helpful. I have seen cleaner carpets before but I was there for 1 night and didn't want to make a fuss. Everything was more than fine :)

Great location close to the river and a local shop for late-night essentials. Clean and fairly well-sized rooms, and the staff are attentive and friendly.

Phone in the room didn't work and no one came to fix it even after telling the staff about the situation. Did not clean the room even though we have asked for it twice. The staff told me that they were very busy and thus couldn't help. I have never experienced such ridiculous thing in any other hotels before. Sigh.

The parking was not the price they told me, and also they didn't give me the room I asked for.

Hotel is nice good location only 5 minutes to shops staffs are good check in was good staff on reception good Room was good and specially bedding bathroom needs updating breakfast was good but there was no greeting and empty plates and cups were everywhere people were leaving plates and cups after breakfast but it was very slow parking were just outside hotel overall stay were good I will go again Graham Scott UK

No drinking water dispenser or water bottles provided 😅, asked assistance from reception staff, advised to use water from bathroom tap. No ventilation in bathroom.

Good location in a quiet area although a very short walk to Corn exchange , Bars and shops and all the city really . The. room was very comfortable although nothing flash had everything needed . Speedy self check in and out .

The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel's facilities, like the spa and restaurant, were top-notch. Plus, the location was perfect, with breathtaking views and easy access to local attractions. I had an unforgettable stay and would highly recommend

Decent enough hotel, if not. Bit impersonal. Situated a short walk from the city centre, so plenty of choice for eating if the hotel menu doesn’t appeal. Tbh, at the price of food in the hotel, the short walk into Leeds is probably a better bet. The room was small but clean and comfortable. Prices vary considerably but if you can book at the right time, can be pretty good value for money. Parking is confusing, with the staff not sure if the spaces outside are free to guests, or if you have to use a car park and 8 minute walk away at a discounted price.

The room was basic compared to the Glasgow hotel we stayed in the week before and the breakfast was ok . The tv only had a few stations that worked, I will try another hotel next time.
