The room cleanliness was so-so, and there was only one person at the front desk; there was no one there when I checked out. However, the female staff member who worked there during the day was quite helpful. The room was quite spacious, which was a good thing. After all, you can't expect too much from the UK at this price!

I couldn't find the front desk all day, and the room facilities were nowhere near as good as those in China, though it was in the city center.

The room is very clean, the breakfast is typical British style, everything is available, and it is relatively close to the University of Leeds. Although the price is expensive, it is about the same price in the UK, so it is okay to stay. Be careful not to confuse it with the Ibis Arena Hotel
