The service is very good, the room is clean, bright and spacious. There are outlets, Costco and other business districts nearby, but the breakfast is a bit simple.

The rooms are in serious need of repair and updates. There are simple fixes that could be made that would at least give guests the illusion that you actually care about the rooms. The shower curtain isn’t long enough so water was all over the floor after taking a shower.

The room did not have actual bedding just sheets which is terrible. Then the heater/ac system kept making noises so I had to choose between freezing and quiet or noisy and warm. I could not sleep at all had the worst night. Everything hurts it wad terrible. I wanted to give it a chance since Best Western’s are good nation wide, this one is not.

My check in was great and I was happy I got a 1st floor room; HOWEVER, once it got dark out and the security flood light came on and shone DIRECTLY into the room (HIGHLIGHTING every move because the curtains would not close), the stay became negative. There was no way to close the curtains, the light kept me awake ALL NIGHT, and absolutely no privacy. As a female customer, some advice to your front desk: never give a woman a room facing the entrance, 1st floor, with a flood light beamed directly into the room. NOT SAFE at all.

Quiet and clean rooms as well at modern look and quent staff. Great breakfast as well as clean breakfast station. Wish I came when the pool was open maybe next time I do a lot of work out there so definitely a stop by for me. They made me feel like I was at home.
