We work out of town and book 3 rooms 3 nights a week for over a year with no complaints. Unfortunately for the last 4 weeks there has been no hot water with no estimated completion time or solution in sight. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

In response to Cindy. I stayed in room 308 and my co-worker stayed in room 310. We stayed 9/25-9/29 through General Dynamics. I spoke with 3 other people on different floors. They had the same issue. The bath mat was mold infested as well. It was rolled up under the sink.

The people are some of the sweetest, friendliest people you want to meet. However, my bathroom had a lot of mold, on the shower walls, and around the tub. I talked with other people staying there and they said they have the same issue. Could not use the shower mat because it was mold infested. It was disgusting. I’m sorry.

There was no soap in this hotel!! I went down to the desk the first day and lady told me they had not gotten their shipment in of soap. So i had to drive to Walmart to get soap late that first night of stay. The halls are very dark and creepy and I was scared walking to my room at night. No hot water in my room at all, had to take cold shower for 3 days. Complained at desk and lady said no one else had complained. No housekeeping in room for 3 days also. I will never stay here again!
