Terrible Hotel, I stayed here about 3 years ago and it was very good, that’s why I booked it this time. On arrival, I was allocated the wrong room, twice, on the third attempt they managed to get it right. The fire alarm went off 3 times between 6.00 and 7.00am, what a lovely way to wake up after traveling for 22 hour’s from Thailand. Breakfast was nasty and there wasn’t any bacon left, so I asked a member of staff for some bacon and was told I would have to wait 10 minutes as the chef was on a fag break.

My other half enjoyed the hotel. However he was feeling unwell and was expected to pay for a slightly later check out. This wasn’t great as normally Marriott’s everywhere are quite accommodating.

Friendly professional staff and a modern and clean hotel with a good gym and onsite parking. The only downside of my stay was the very slow service in the restaurant.

The heating was not working called the reception more than 3 times they said they would help they never did .

The service was absolutely amazing, the breakfast was self service and really good too. However, was disappointed at the fact that, the pool was not open and nowhere on the hotel trip.com page did it state this. It was the main reason we booked the stay.

Great hotel and great place to stay
