The lady at the reception was amazing, had power issues in the first allotted room, in a quick time frame maintenance guy reached and they also complemented me with breakfast. Quick and efficient management!

Cozy and clean room and nice services for us making me book it again:) ooh, there are free parking which is much easier for family tourists. Very nice for kids.

The inconvenience of cleaning time knocking on the door on you while you sleep Do you want to clean or not! There is no card to be placed on the door for those who wanted to clean or sleep, there is only one type of tea, and the hotel does not have soundproofing

The front desk staff was friendly. Check in process was fast. Not far from University of Leicester.

Hotel was lovely and clean, would stay again… but the food on the other hand was terrible and would never eat there again… too expensive and looks like they shop at Iceland.

Good location, good breakfast, the hotel has a charging station for trams, and the supermarket is basically 5 minutes away

Simple. Clean but a bit worn out. Decent little gym and a convenient place to stopover if you’re visiting the university.

Hotel is basic. Friendly staff. Funny smell in main lobby connecting to restaurant. Needs some fresh air into that whole space I think. It served a purpose for one night stay but that’s it. It was clean but our room had a problem with water draining down the sink (v slow running) which isn’t that nice. Staff were helpful and friendly though. Dessert menu sampled but not that nice with very watery ice cream and super sweet cheesecake. Main course was nice enough. So, an okay place to stay for a one night stay but no for much longer.

Great hotel comfortable beds and extremely clean

We enjoyed our stay - travelled from NZ. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast options awesome and include gluten free which was great as a coeliac. Good value for a short stay. We used as a base as visiting family in the area. Plenty of free parking. Would definitely recommend. Not luxurious but homely and comfortable.

Clean and comfortable rooms friendly and helpful staff

When we reached the room 5 mins later there was a big spider and the complimentary biscuit were broken and spribg warer in fridge was out dated. Shower room was dirty..

Great all round experience - very nice staff.

Staff were incredibly professional and friendly. Room was very comfortable, a couple of marks on the walls showing signs of wear/dirt but this was minimal and wouldn’t put me off staying there again as apart from that it was great.
