Novotel Leicester Reviews

I had issues with the date so wasn't able to travel during the said booked time. I would like to give a special thanks to the lady I spoke to on phone who was really considerate and listened to me (I called several times) and arranged another day convenient for me. The room was nice but the walls were very thin due to which when people were playing music we could hear it in ours till 2am in the morning. Although they quickly responded when complained but the walls should be thicker so that people can enjoy their stay when they paid so much in a good hotel!

The supervisor is quite unfriendly and rude, I tell her there is no body to handle our language, she told me this is your problem, I told her I think the service quality is drowning , she told me this is your opinion, I think hotel should fire her as soon as possible

The environment and sanitation are very good, and the facilities are relatively new. It is a cost-effective hotel in Leicester, but the front desk staff may be a little hostile to Chinese, indifferent and slack. Overall, aside from the service, everything is fine.

Great price for how centre it is to everything, everything is a walkable distance. Decor inside was lovely and nice and quiet/peaceful. Car park was a little tricky to find

Spent one night here for a show at The Curve. The hotel is modern and clean and the staff were very pleasant. Ate both breakfast and an evening meal, and whilst it was just regular food (not high end dining) it was very reasonable and plentiful. The car park is close by but somehow we did struggle to find it and ended up ringing for instructions! All in all a good stay and would return if back in Leicester for any purpose.

It was a nice and comfortable room. Bathroom was clean. Room was spacious. Breakfast was very good. Easy check in

The daily clean of the room could me more attentive but generally a great stay. The selection at breakfast was very good!!
