Hotel was quiet, clean and warm.  Staff were very friendly.  Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Trip.com generated two bookings at once and had to pay double for one room without ever getting my money back. Shame on you Trip.com saying it’s my fault and basically lying and keeping my money

Problem with alarm, no restaurant nearby also hard to find grab.

I stayed here in April 2022, and I forgot my ring which is of much sentimental value to me. As I live in Scotland, I did not find the time to come collect it during the months that followed the stay. I managed to go back today (2 October), was greeted and welcomed very warmly by Nadine at reception, and told her about my ring. She went to the back and looked through everything she could find, and much to my delight my ring was still there and she found it for me! I am so happy, it made my day. Thank you Nadine!

Although I'm a regular visitor to Leicester this was my first stay at the Days Inn, and overall I was very impressed.  There's a nice bright reception area with sofas, and a microwave for guests' use. This is very handy if you want to heat something up to eat in your room. My room also had a mini-fridge, which is really useful, so they pretty much think of everything. Plus you have the facilities of the Services right next to you. For future visits to the area I will definitely checkout the Days Inn first, and look forward to staying again.

the hotelmis nice and clean. the staff are really good espically NADINE who is very helpful,very nice and always helps out when asked for.  the showers are good and the beds are very comphy.  The hotel is great for pets and family
