Friendly and helpful staff both at the front and restaurant. Location is good as it is within walking distance to conference venue.

Close to the exhibition center. 

Staff is friendly and breakfast is good. 

Not many facilities but ok for stay during Exhibition.

Hotel well located, easy access to the airport and from the central station. The room was clean. The street is really noisy, but you can’t hear it with the closed window. You’ll find a lidl within 5min walk. The bad point is that the staff was not friendly, and even a bit rude.  

Wir haben nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht und waren mit der Lage zum Flughafen sehr zufrieden, da es nur eine Haltestelle entfernt ist. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen, daher können wir dazu keine Bewertung abgeben. Insgesamt hat uns das Hotel jedoch gut gefallen.

We only spent one night at this hotel and were very happy with the location to the airport as it is only one stop away. We didn't have breakfast so we can't give a review on that. Overall, however, we liked the hotel.

We had a very nice and enjoyable experience! Spacious and very clean rooms, recently renovated in a very good location close to the airport.   First, I would like to extend my THANKS to ＜Karoline Weirich＞ for being professional and for going extra mile by impressing also my group with her kindness & her hospitality approach!! Very well done!!! Also Thanks! to ＜Nina Franke＞ for managing with experience and professionalism all the last minute request!  Also thanks to Tülin Gebeci for preparing the rooms with all the needful and to Eaknarin Noonthang for making a smooth checking in to our guests! Great team! Well done and see you soon!! 👍🏻

I've been in this hotel several times.  It's a nice and superclean place. No nonsense glory. This time I noticed a clevet trick saving environment (or costs). During several night staying rooms are not anymore cleaned because of ”Save the World”. This is compensated to a customer by a drink voucher. Great.  Nevertheless after two nights I was tired of saving the world and asked for cleaning and new towels.  Otherwise everything ok. 

We have booked an overnight stay without breakfast. Since there are Aldi and Rewe nearby, this is not a problem.
Small rooms that are beautifully furnished and meet the requirements. Clean and tidy.
Rituals' permanently installed soap and shampoo/shower gel dispensers are great!
