Zimmer war beim einchecken noch nicht geputzt, mussten erst gemacht werden. Daher mussten wir noch warten. Am nächsten Tag keine Reinigung, erst nach extra bitte (Müll geleert und Betten gemacht), Kaffee, Zucker und Trinkschokolade wird nicht aufgefüllt, Tassen, Löffel und Untertasse wurden dreckig nicht ausgetauscht. Dann kamen plötzlich fremde Leute in das Zimmer, die von der Rezeption eine Karte für unser Zimmer bekommen haben. Wie kann man bitte eine Karte an andere Leute ausstellen? Dazu war an der Rezeption eine Person, die die deutsche Sprache nicht beherrscht. Wenn etwas ist, heißt es nur, das Hotel ist erst seit dem 16.10.24 eröffnet oder das System ist Schuld. Fehler werden herunter gespielt. Am nächsten Tag haben wir kurz nach 9 Uhr bescheid gegeben, dass wir weg sind und die Zimmer gemacht werden können. Nach 8 Stunden nichts gemacht. Nur wieder Ausreden. Es ist auch nicht meine Sache, mit der zuständigen Person zu reden. Manager war nicht zu sprechen, auch kein Vertreter im Hotel. Positiv: in jedem Zimmer ist ein kleiner Kühlschrank und beim Putzen werden automatisch alle Handtücher gewechselt. Betten sind Boxspringbetten und schön Hart. Auch ist in jedem Zimmer ein großer TV vorhanden.

sehr modern eingerichtet, allerdings sind die Zimmer sehr klein und eng, das Personal ist in jeder Situation sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut mit weniger Auswahl.

Wir waren für den Besuch des Völkerschlachtdenkmals in Leipzig. Das Hotel bietet eine sehr gute Ausgangslage um die Innenstadt zu erkunden. Die Hotel-Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und nett. Alles ist sehr sauber zu und neu. Fazit: Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen.

Neues Hotel in zentraler Lage. Zimmer sehr sauber und mit allem was der Gast benötigt. Badezimmer sehr groß mit einer tollen Dusche. Schnelles Wlan und Smart-TV mit allen nötigen Anschlüssen und Verbindungsmöglichkeiten. Frühstück reichhaltig und dem Preis angemessen. Garage (extern) sehr groß und ausreichend. Parkgebühren hoch aber dem Standort angemessen. Insgesamt ein tolles Haus mit tollem Personal und einer perfekten Führung. Wir kommen wieder.
