酒店非常乾淨，因為是在景區裏全都是台階，我們的行李很重酒店服務人員全程為我們扛行李是我們很感動，尤其是管家小羅耐心細緻的服務，使我們感到賓至如歸。

牆裂推薦這家酒店，中國人不騙中國人！小哥哥小姐姐們的長得又好看，服務又超級好，指導我們怎麼進景區，怎麼坐觀光車，接我們到酒店，還幫我們拿行李，沒做攻略真的放心！酒店視野超級好，看對面建築羣是妥妥的c位。房間乾淨衞生，這是我出來自駕睡的最好的一晚，床單枕頭沒有一點異味，真的好難得！！！！逛了半天晚上回去送了銀耳羹給我們，好貼心。咖啡廳環境也好，待在這裏真的太舒服了，朋友催我出發下一站，我説讓我再呆五分鐘吧。

房屋設施都是智能化的，衞生也很乾凈。酒店在半山腰，晚上燈亮以後，就可以在屋裡觀看夜景了。入住和退房的時候都會有管家幫忙拿行李，如果是自駕的話，建議大家把行李箱放在車裡，帶一些簡單的換洗衣服還有洗漱用品就可以了，這樣更輕鬆一些。早飯在入住時管家就會問明天想要哪個套餐，大概幾點吃飯。建議大家把車停在西門，進園以後可以坐車到觀景台站下車，下山去酒店更方便，更輕鬆一些，也會有管家來接。我們當天入住的時候西門停車場關了，我們停在了北門，是一個上坡去酒店的路，管家小羅來5號風景橋接的我們，幫我們背包，帶我們入住酒店，退房後還是他給我們送到了小北門坐車，幫我們背包，真的很感謝管家。入住當天身體還有點不舒服，管家小羅還給我們拿了葯，第二天的早飯也給我們做了相應的調整，真的很感謝他。如果有朋友來，我會推薦他們來住這家酒店。下面的圖就是在屋裡拍的夜景，原相機無美顏無濾鏡。

房間設施很棒，乾淨整潔，空間寬敞，非常舒適，早餐很好吃，品種繁多，味道也很棒， 服務質量一流，前台接待態度好，酒店經理很熱情，特別是管家小龍，我們很晚才到達，他還跑到小北門接我們到民宿和接行理，我對這次旅行選擇的民宿非常滿意，下次還會選擇三境一宿（西江千户苗寨觀景台店）。

完美！淡季真的人少體驗感滿分。早餐份量好大，還很好吃，但我沒吃完（對不起）全景房視野真的很棒。酒店還有自己的觀景台，個人覺得比景區的觀景台視野更好。觀景台還有圍爐煮茶，時間多的真的推薦體驗下～屋內都是智能的，我就一直在呼喚小薇。和我對接的是管家小龍。提前和我wx聯繫，還來觀景台接我幫忙搬行李，辛苦啦！離店也會負責送到接駁站。給我介紹了各種景點，但可惜我在老寨裏迷路了，也沒逛到哈哈哈。下次來苗寨一定還住，想體驗下雨天或者霧天的苗寨～

對這家民宿服務非常滿意，小陳和阿龍服務熱情，詳細介紹苗寨情況，特別有親和力，阿龍到觀景平台接送，小陳熱情的幫忙拍照，早上餐廳還有一位姑娘主動打招呼並幫忙打咖啡，感覺對一面之緣的客人非常温暖，下次如果來苗寨一定還住這家民宿！

首先感謝管家小龍🥹！！這次民宿體驗超級好，多虧有他！從最開始的到觀景台接行李🧳服務，到耐心解答熱門餐廳、咖啡館路線，還有迷路了找不到民宿，他也及時趕來帶我們回去。給我們介紹了民宿自己的小觀景台，的確很出片👍🏻。房間有一個大的落地窗、窗邊榻榻米可以坐着拍照，全屋智能家居，以及語音助手。除此以外，還準備了下午茶有提拉米蘇和果凍，還有飲品🫖，第二天早上的早餐🥣是一頓非常漂亮的飯，意麪🍝好吃，米粉也不錯👍🏻。臨走的時候我們去咖啡館打卡，還幫我們把行李送到了五號橋，非常方便。總體而言，是我住過最滿意的酒店，性價比極高，推薦加錢也要升級服務❤️
