3點半左右到達酒店，服務奇差，工作人員視而不見，更不説提供指引，大堂和走廊燈光昏暗，私湯池房居然要通過停車場再下一層，房間瀰漫著淡淡的汽車廢氣味，最令人難以接受的是兩間房的馬桶的有着黃黃的尿漬，崩潰，半夜蚊子來偷襲：早上的早餐，沙河粉和乾果是變味的，差評我也是第一次寫，沒有批評就沒有進步，希望其負責人可以正視以上問題。

設施相當老舊，水池都有裂紋。樓下餐廳的粵菜很可口，不是預製菜，一屜屜的小點心都很不錯。酒店還有温泉，泳池這時候還是很涼遊不了，最生氣的是大堂門口的保安，就知道插個抖，我們開車到了大堂就跟沒看見一樣，一動不動，我上前質問道，你是否是酒店員工，該保安理直氣壯説到，這裏又沒車，不需要我指路。毫無服務意識
