酒店環境差，最可恨的是晚上開燈從沙發底下、床底下爬出來很多蟲子！要求退房不給退，本人也沒有住，現正和平台溝通中！

衞生不好，設施不好，毛巾都是臟的，牙杯的污漬那麼厚，空調半夜漏水，衞生間裏都長毛了，真是服死了
