Vila Pugliesi Hotel Boutique

English: We had an amazing time at Vila Pugliesi. This was a last minute booking after a trek and one of us arrived very unwell. Kiki and Edy immediately took care of us, and made sure that they were alright. The other members of staff were also very kind in asking if we needed anything. The hotel itself was fantastic. It was beautifully decorated, the rooms were large and comfortable and you have a 180 view of the entire valley from the infinity pool. Kiki and Edy have really thought of everything and they paid individual attention to each guest. A special shout-out to Nathan, the wonderful bar man and Ayrton, the chef who prepared an excellent tailor-made pumpkin soup. The food is brilliant. We cannot recommend this hotel enough if you want a relaxing and luxurious holiday. The hotel also has one of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had - all the cakes and bread are homemade by Kiki each morning. We will definitely be back here again!! A Kiki, Edy e todos os funcionários cuidaram muito bem de nós e se garantiram o nosso bem estar. O hotel é fantástico e tudo é muito bem pensando nos mínimos detalhes. A decoração é impecável e o quarto que nós ficamos tinha uma vista incrível, que pode ser conferida da piscina também . A Kiki e o Edy fazem questão de dar atenção individual para cada hóspede, tornando a estadia muito especial. Nossos cumprimentos também ao excelente e simpático barman Nathan e ao atencioso chef Ayrton, que nos fez uma sopa de abóbora excelente. A comida em geral é fantástica. Recomendamos demais este hotel se vc está a procura de férias relaxantes e luxuosas. Também tomamos um dos melhores cafés da manhã da nossa vida - todos os pães e bolos são feitos pela própria Kiki toda manhã. Sem dúvidas estaremos de volta!

A beautiful hotel in a lovely setting. Service was excellent and the breakfast was outstanding - the best we’ve ever seen. The owners are hands-on and it shows in the small details. The only thing keeping this from being a true destination hotel is the restaurant (apart from breakfast). Some refinement, additional food and wine options, and training of the staff would make all the difference. For instance, red wine should not be served from a bucket of ice, and if Italian food is served, a selection of Italian wines would be nice. With a few tweaks, you could spend a week in this place and never leave!
