Location was good beside TerasKota mall. Room was small for an entry room. Surprisingly there os only one socket to charge handphone. The other socket is in the bathroom. Breakfast was okay. Service was average.

Location is great just beside the mall. The only concern is parking fee which is not convinient for the taxi since they have to paid when they pick up customer from the hotel. Some online taxi not willing to pick up and it makes the waiting time so long

The location is very good, right next to the Teras Kota Mall, there seems to be a conecting between the hotel & the Mall. The hotel facilities are a bit old, the toilet door needs to be repaired, because when you want to open it, it's jammed, it's very difficult to open. The rooms are very comfy, everything you need is easily accessible. In-house entertainment is very satisfactory. We took two rooms but there were no joint rooms. The hotel is near a mall. The brakfast was very good and our attendant, Ms Desi was very helpful. 9/10

Resto provides Indonesia cuisine and Indonesia herbal heritage that called is Jamu. It is a compliment to maintain your diet balance. Alang and Desi are warmed-welcome to serve the guest, for instance, i was confused to take menu, they suggested me some options that is interesting. Place and room are comfortable. Enjoy BSD.
