190元的房間，竟然很狹窄，房間好幾米長，但衹3米寬，我住過最小的房間了，190元竟然壓抑
住宿清單還開錯了，要報銷才發現少了幾十，前台服務工作不細緻

酒店熱水忽冷忽熱的，水也是一下大一下小，要是冬天就凍感冒了，早餐盤子也是很不衞生，挑了幾個都是臟的，後來還找服務員幫我挑了一個乾淨的，早餐員工一不帶口罩二不帶帽子，這也能叫做酒店嘛？隨便個賓館不比這個好？這個四點幾分是怎麼來的？
