Reflections Lennox Head - Holiday Park

The lady at reception was very friendly and efficient , certainly a great asset to this business as first impressions are very important  I was in cabin number 8 , the key would not open the screen door , the lady at reception apologised and arranged  2 staff to open it with a  master key . I did not lock the screen door once I gained access . The television remote would not activate the Television . Maybe flat batteries but very disappointing .

Overall, we felt the experience was not aligned with the price point, especially considering we paid over $1000 for the stay. There were several concerns we’d like to highlight constructively: At reception, the check-in process was not smooth, and unfortunately the staff member did not fully listen to our request regarding the two cabins. While we appreciated being allowed to check in early, the standard 3pm check-in feels quite late, particularly when we observed cleaning staff on-site earlier in the day but not actively progressing rooms. Cabin C10: The bathroom door was not functional and could not be closed, which is not acceptable at this price level. The overall cleanliness was below expectations — the floors, bathroom, and toilet all appeared unclean. Bed linen was outdated and did not feel fresh. The rubbish bin was broken. Cabin GT1: The space and location were great, and we appreciated the surroundings and atmosphere. However, the fridge was not working properly and did not cool effectively. The freezer was also not functioning as expected. The outdoor BBQ was adequate but did not reflect the premium pricing. The lawn maintenance was carried out during our stay, which disrupted the experience — this should ideally be scheduled outside guest occupancy times. The air conditioning and fans appear to need servicing or upgrading. Cleanliness concerns (important): The bed sheets in particular were unacceptable and must be addressed urgently from a hygiene and health perspective. Sofas were heavily worn and stained, to the point we avoided using them comfortably. On a positive note, the kids had a great time, and the location — especially the proximity to the beach and lake — is fantastic. Security also felt reassuring. That said, for the price being charged, the standard of maintenance, cleanliness, and service needs significant improvement. We hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed promptly

We stayed in the glamping tent, and came for a weekend with extended family and we rented 5 in a row. Had the best time. Such an amazing location, stepping out to the lake and the beach. The staff are friendly, tent immaculate and will be back again!

Amazing location, right next to the lake and beach. Lots of activities for kids to participate in during school holidays.

The glamping tents are just an expensive overpriced tent. It’s very hot inside during the day. Not insulated enough for the air conditioning to cool anything down. It’s not as self contained as it states. Bring your own utensils and cooking equipment. We were provided one spatula, no other equipment. And it was very dusty. The wall fan was coated in thick dust, under the beds were covered in thick dust. And the mattress was so hard, we purchased a mattress topper for the remainder of our stay. Honestly very overpriced and not good value. It’s handy having an ensuite, but a hotel or Airbnb would be much better value. The location is great, it’s a shame the glamping tents are not better presented.

Very well maintained park in wonderful location near lake and beach. Fantastic pet friendly environment. Great staff. Feels very safe.

Room was excellent with great views. Staff were helpful. No undue noise in the park.
