Schöner und romantischer geht es kaum. Das Hotel ist eine wunderbare „Dorfgemeinschaft“ mit vielfältigen Zimmern, die alle sehr liebevoll und ansprechend eingerichtet sind. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben es rundum genossen und kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Das Restaurant wirkt sehr stilvoll und gemütlich. Viel dunkles Holz und einen elegant gedeckten Tisch erwartete uns. Das Essen ist himmlisch köstlich, die Portionen eher grad ausreichend. Die ganze Menue-Präsentation spricht von Können und Liebe zum Detail der Küchencrew. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und unterhaltsam gewesen. Wir haben den Abend in jeder Hinsicht genossen.

Wir waren nach vielen Jahren mal wieder im Guarda Val. Ist es auch weiterhin eine Top Adresse. Die Zimmer sind gross (Nr.21), toll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Die Badewanne ist ein Highlight und muss genutzt werden. Die grosse Dusche überzeugt ebenfalls. Die beiden Restaurant haben uns überzeugt, tolle Weinkarte mit vielen regionalen Weinen. Die Bar ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet. Die Smokers Lounge ist klein aber hat alles was man braucht und wir wurden toll beraten vom Barchef. Frau Albrecht an der Réception möchte ich noch positiv erwähnen, sehr freundlich und sehr kompetent, danke!

Tolles Hotel an sehr ruhiger Lage, genialer Skitransfer-Service, sehr freundliches Personal, klasse Frühstück mit grosser Auswahl sowohl an Essen als auch an Getränken. Da waren wir sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal.

Die Frühlingssonnenstrahlen haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Wir haben ein sehr schönes Frühlingsangebot gebucht und es hat all unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Wir haben uns sehr „verwöhnt“ gefühlt und konnten es bereits einem weiteren Paar empfehlen.

We had to cancel because my husband fractured his neck and was hospitalized in Geneva. This hotel had plenty of advance notice of the cancellation but insisted on charging full price. The manager was arrogant and unreasonable. They refused to even offer a partial credit for possible future use.
