Hotels near Super Bara, Leon

I travel a lot and this hotel is the only one in my life where it is very difficult to find the entrance! I took us an hour. I explained the problem to the staff and they just offered an excuse. I made a suggestion about how to the resolve the problem and they were obviously not interested at all. Also I called ahead to check if they have an EV chargers and if it definitely was functioning. They said yes. But when we arrived the charger was not working. It’s very easy to check but it was easier to just lie. Also there was no one checking at the door for masks. Some Fiesta Inns have someone at the entrance checking temperature and masks and dispensing alcohol. But not here. Summary: Disorganized, irresponsible, and dishonest. One of the worst hotels. Viajo mucho y este hotel es el único que he conocido en mi vida donde es bien difícil encontrar la entrada! Duró una hora buscando. Explique el problema a la tripulación y solo me ofreció una excusa. Cuando hice una sugerencia en cómo resolver el problema obviamente ellos tuve zero interés. También les marque adelante para chequear si hay una cargador para autos eléctricos y si definitivamente está funcionando. Me dijo que sí. Pero cuando llegamos el cargador no funciona! Es bien fácil para ellos chequear pero más fácil mentir que revisarlo. También no había ningún vigilancia de las máscaras para Covid. Algunos Fiesta Inns tienen una persona en la entrada chequeando temperatura y máscaras y echando alcohol. Pero aquí no. Resumen: Mal organizado, irresponsable, y mentiroso. Uno de los peores hotels.

Great location. Great food. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a great experience with this hotel and we travel a lot! We have had our share of bad experiences with other hotels but this one was exceptional! We would stay here again!

The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. Ek check out I think it was best a service by Christian unique with a plata amena, the receptionist very friendly.

Recently stayed at the Metria hotel for 7 nights and rented 3 separate rooms. We were in Leon visiting family and for my daughter’s baptism. The hotel was excellent. The service was amazing. The front desk, doormen, housekeepers were the best. We stayed in room 512 and the housekeeper kept our room spotless everyday. The pool is kept very clean and heated. The spa was amazing. Rosie gives the best massages!!! We will definitely be back. The only workers that weren’t very nice were the hostesses at the restaurant they acted quite snobby with my sisters. Everyone else working in the restaurant were very kind. We will definitely be back to stay in the future. Do not hesitate to book this hotel. It is a great place to stay and you will not regret it.

Stayed there for 4 nights Tur business while in town. Clean, modern hotel, spacious rooms. Nice pool and gym. Nearby parking. Breakfast was rich and tasty. Shower was super clean. Corridors weee well maintained. Staff at the reception was super friendly at all times. Go there !

The cleaning in the rooms is good; the only problem I had during my stay was the water temperature, because it is not warm enough and at some hours it is completely cold. Communicate with the staff on this problem but there have been no major changes.
