Funcionários bastante solícitos, hotel limpo, acomodações boas para ficar com a família ( fiquei com esposa e duas crianças) e tem um restaurante no térreo que atende bem. Há vaga para guarda o carro com segurança. Estamos viajando de carro de Bauru para Vitória, parando para pernoitar no caminho e o hotel foi uma boa opção.

Hotel bom, porém precisa de atenção
Quarto Grande, porém não existe elevador para acesso ao estacionamento que fica no segundo andar.
Sobre o café da manhã, não estavam repondo os itens. Cheguei para tomar café e não tinha quase nada.

Estadia no Minas Tower.
Foi agradável no geral. Mas no primeiro dia tive que matar um mosquito que mais parecia uma mosca pelo tamanho. Tive que pedir colocar mais que um sabonetinho. Pois um ficaria na pia e nao tinha para o banheiro. O CAFÉ da MANHÃ é farto e bem variado, ADOREI. Os lençóis e toalhas são bem limpos. O pessoal da recepção são bem agradáveis e simpáticos. As camareiras são simpáticas e atenciosas.
