Abbiamo soggiornato in hotel in una camera superior con compresa prima colazione. Personale della reception gentili e competenti (un particolare elogio alla responsabile sempre attenta e disponibile). Camera non molto grande, ma vivibile e comunque compensava ampiamente lo stupendo balcone vista amare, con ombrellone, poltroncine e sdraio... Bagno ottimo. Pulizia eccellente. Siamo stati benissimo, tanto da desiderare di fermarci un giorno in più (avevamo prenotazione dal 24 al 28 giugno) ... dalla reception , come hanno potuto, ci hanno accontentati.... Non abbiamo mai usufruito del ristorante interno perchè abbiamo girato molto. L'intenzione è di ritornare e diventare clienti "abituali"...magari con un "bis" già a fine agosto... girando nei pressi, abbiamo constatato che il Byron è il miglior hotel di Lerici, sia come struttura, che come accoglienza, nel rapporto qualità/prezzo, e come posizione (vicina al centro paese)!

Posizione perfetta: stanza con terrazzo ampiamente vivibile vista mare. Basta attraversare la strada e si è spiaggia. Camera molto spaziosa. Personale gentile. Possibilità di parcheggio a mezzo dell’hotel a qualche centinaia di metri. Colazione buona.

Ho occupato per qualche giorno quella che definita come suite, al 4° piano; il balcone era molto spazioso e la vista molto bella ma il terrazzo appariva come non pulito da parecchio tempo e nei gg successivi all'arrivo nessuno ha rimediato. Un giorno c'è stato un problema di carenza di personale e la stanza non è stata pulita; l'imprevisto ci può stare ma che al check out non si faccia nessun gesto per rimediare non è professionale. La colazione era soddisfacente ma non tornerei.

Be careful booking with this hotel. They have a non refundable, no cancellation policy that is iron clad. I had to have surgery and needed to cancel. 2 months in advance. It is their high season and Simone the manager said the best he could do was take my whole 5,715.00 and I could use half as a credit. But only until Dec 2024. I explained that due to blood clots I was prohibited from flying for at least three months after. I begged him to extend the half credit until the following June which would have been a year to date and he said NO. Also it’s a beach resort and By the time I will be cleared to fly it would be November and not beach weather. The manager was so rude and gloated that I was losing nearly 6000 dolllars. I didn’t accept his offer because I would rather have lost 3000 dollars than go to a hotel as uncaring as ths. The Madonna family hotel should do a better job staffing their “family run hotel”. Horrible to profit on someone else’s trouble. I would not send a stray animal to a hotel like this. If you do have to go there make sure you buy travel insurance.

Loved Hotel Byron! Lerici is a beautiful town on the Ligurian Sea with magnificent beaches and swimming. Hotel Byron is newly renovated, very clean, great beds and helpful staff. Morning breakfast was delicious . I would come back in a heartbeat!

Hotel very well located. There is a bus stop right next to the Hotel. The staff is nice and some speak French. Half board is great. Very well served, just the evening menu which doesn't change much. The rooms are clean, large and spacious. The SPA is good. Paid but well secured parking (10th per night). We just found the tourist tax expensive (5e per night including minors). We recommend

Very welcoming hotel recently renovated with rooms with terraces overlooking the sea and others that are smaller but still clean and tastefully furnished. Very rich sweet and savory breakfast in a room with a window facing the sea. Super recommended for a stay of a few days

Lovely location, nice staff, parking can be a bit of a nightmare if you haven’t pre booked and it’s busy (during the summer). I was on the first floor which was noisy in the morning when other hotel guests were going to breakfast.
