Good hotel, but wished they had AC in the room. It got quite hot at night. Staff was nice. Location is excellent.

La chambre est toute petite ! Deux lits individuel alors que j'avais réservé avec un lit double mais la personne a la réception me dit que je me suis trompé ( peut-être ) ce n'est pas la première fois que je réserve en Andorre ! je propose moyennant surplus de changer de chambre ( pas de chance l'hôtel est plein) pas de chauffage, c'est un peu limite en cette saison en Andorre, ça reste supportable tout de même. La chambre manque d'insonorisation. Malgré tout l'hôtel est bien situé et il est d'une propreté irréprochable. Trois interaction avec le personnel, a l'accueil un peut mitigé ( sur les deux personnes une est plutôt sympa, l'autre n'a pas le sens de l'accueil. Le personnel de chambre du matin est très courtois et redonne le sourire .

This hotel is in a great location at the top of the main high street in the capital of Andorra. Everything within the city is within walking distance and considering the location the room was remarkably quiet.
The room was modern and the bathroom was new and kept to a good standard. They had eco friendly shower gel, body oil and shampoo housed in non plastic eco friendly packaging.
Staff were friendly, WiFi was good and there was a coffee/cafe immediately below the hotel if you wanted a snack or bite to eat.
They do provide parking for €15 a day however I didn’t use this as there was street parking for €1.30 per hour close by with it being free between 2000hours to 0930hours each day. Carparks also only charge €3.65 for overnight stays if the street parking is full but I was lucky enough not to have to use them.
The city itself is in easy commute to all areas in Andorra but I would suggest a car makes it easier to get everywhere.
Overall this is a great place to stay in the capital and I would definitely stay here again when I am back in Andorra.

Hôtel pas recommandé, fenêtre condamnée (plus de poignet), pas de climatisation même avec le chauffage coupé il fait horriblement chaud, salle de bain pas très propre et très sombre.
Lumière de secours qui éclaire toute la chambre et le détecteur de fumée qui éclaire rouge toute les 30 sec.
Bref nous ne recommandons pas du tout cette hôtel
