酒店設計和各方面都很好，爸媽也非常滿意，特別是前台小黃的服務非常好，爸媽很喜歡她，還給兩老看路線，帶兩老上車，兩老回家不停的誇，謝謝小黃，就衝著小黃的服務，下次來一定還住你們酒店。但是忘記照酒店照片了

房間乾淨衞生，前台小姐姐服務態度好，還幫助拿行李，酒店位置好，就在張公橋旁邊，出門就有很多好吃的，酒店有自己的免費停車場，總體感覺很好，下次來樂山還會選擇樂在樂酒店。

在重慶的酒店都有室內空調調節功能與服務，而你們沒有，可能是怕浪費電，客人提出房間空氣很悶，叫你們開，前台也不願意開。

11月上旬這幾天比較熱，酒店的中央空調不製冷，衹能吹風。開窗通風吧，靠路邊的房有點吵，關了窗，因空調不製冷房內空氣有點悶。向酒店前台反映了，也不管用。希望商家能打開中央空調。酒店位置還可以，離張公橋美食街很近，停車也方便。
