打不開房卡，2024-08-03晚上十點上班的前台女，不戴工牌，我説都打不開門，她很拽的説，是我們不會開門，並且把卡重新置好後，是把卡扔給我的！我們一年要住多少次酒店，不知道怎樣開門，長見識了，還需要在樂山華美達進行開門培訓？是不是樂山華美達需要發給客人sop進行開門訓練？酒店銷售經理服務態度很好，攜程後續跟進處理服務也很不錯，希望酒店加強培訓，不要讓出門旅遊的客人在很累情況下晚上回到酒店還要被前台數落！

作為一名黑磚會員，真心不推薦這家酒店！
我不好評價這麼多好評是怎麼來的，但是我知道這麼多差評是絕對真實的！
1、房間非常不隔音，晚上隔壁房間聊天我都可以聽見，早上8點多全是關門聲和走路聲！被驚醒的感覺體現得淋漓盡致！
2、房間窗簾雖然兩層，一點不避光！加上關門聲，保潔交談聲，客人走路聲，本是度週末，搞得比上班起得還早！
3、停車不方便，酒店停車場衹能停10台車左右，需要停到馬路對面的公用停車場停車！關鍵是我還遇見了下暴雨！
4、前台服務態度堪稱惡劣！服務不行，懟客人很厲害！因為停車難事情給客人説聲抱歉也就過了，非要狡辯街對面的公共充電停車場也是酒店的，因為他們會付錢，搞得客人真的付不起這個停車費一樣！
5、房間很小很小，關鍵是開門就是一股黴臭味，難怪都是預訂後不能取消訂單！感覺就是住不住在你，錢得收了！
6、酒店方感覺不怕投訴，我反應會將真實情況如實寫到點評，前台很不了然的説你寫吧。
7、酒店賠償我30元現金，被我拒絕了！咋個都感覺有點侮辱我的感覺！
