Bed and pillows were above expectations from a hotel

Well I got checked in and started off in room 111. The AC was not working well so I went to the front desk and got put in 107 it was little better till middle of the night when it was really warm in my room so I went to the desk in the morning and said it’s still hot in the room. So they said they would send maintenance to fix it but instead the General Manager Jay Ham came in he said it’s working but he looked at it then said we will move you again got a upgrade to a suite. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was good

Booked for our Wedding weekend and it was lovely. Family and friends were blown away at the solarium in the middle. Bridal suite was out of this world!! Plenty of space, clean, smelled fresh. Jacuzzi was amazing! Got some beautiful photos as well for the wedding party inside

Ten years ago the Lethbridge Lodge was luxury now it is showing its aged. Visted during a summer heat event. Rooms were cool with comfortable bed. Drapes and carpet showed their age. Carpeting condition left me feeling it was making my feet feeling dirty. In room washroom was renovated and comfortable with a VERY strong rain shower head. I was disappointed the room did not have a tub. In room safe was broken. Pool area aged and needing repainting and other refreshing. However I loved floating away the heat of the day. Breakfast offering was overpriced so we skipped it in favor of sleeping in.

This hotel is the best hotel in Lethbridge. Best in price as it’s a 5 star stay in my books. Pet and people friendly with lovely helpful staff from the front desk gentlemen tall with very dark hair who is superb!!! The lovely sweet housekeeping staff and Vince on the management staff. The hotel is extremely clean and has a beautiful tropical indoor garden, which is so welcoming in the winter months. The Italian Table restaurant is yummy and there is a superb breakfast!!! Conveniently located to the mall, breathtaking views and a short trip to all of the big box stores and quant downtown! I recommend this place for sure!!

Booked for early check in on 2 rooms as we were driving 4 hours for a wedding that started at 1pm. Rooms booked for 1030 check in. Arrived at 1130 and neither room was ready. When asked if they were vacant, one was. Asked of they could send housekeeping there right away so we could get ready we were told it would take an hour as they have their regular routine. I then asked if they could make an exception as we just drove 4hrs and needed to get ready for a wedding I was told it would still take an hour but if I needed to get ready I could use the lobby bathroom. I asked if they had any current empty rooms we could use and was told no. I said fine cancel our rooms if you can’t accommodate us! We left and found a hotel that was able to accommodate us to get ready for the wedding. They still charged me for a room stating I didn’t give the required 24hr notice!

The room I had was very clean, bathroom space was very clean. The overall facility was great to have our conference in. As a participant it was a great place to relax and enjoy my stay. The best part was the tropical space created around a pool and water feature. The space did not smell like mold or mildew. It was great to just sit in the humid air space and enjoy the natural trees and plants.

I have stayed here many times and will continue to book. Nice, friendly staff, great location, comfy beds and pillows. Great value. Hot tub is a nice amenity after a long day.

My husband and I always stay at the Sandman Signature Lodge when we go to Lethbridge. It is central to many stores and is within walking distance. We love the courtyard garden as it so pleasant and we feel like we are in the tropics, especially during the colder weather. The desk staff are awesome. They are always friendly, curteous and always seem to go above and beyond in service. The housekeeping staff do a great job of cleaning rooms and other areas in the hotel. The beds are great and we pretty much love everything about this hotel!

Stayed with my teenage son, we were in Lethbridge for a sporting event. Our room was a 2 queen. Rate was $140/night which I think was too high for what was offered. Pool was under repair and completely closed down the whole area for the entire time we were booked April 3-7 and we were not told when booking or notified at all prior to arrival. No breakfast included. The bathroom was very small, had little to no counter space and the shower leaked onto the floor. Also the flimsy glass sliding door that separates the bathroom from the room did not completely shut so you didn’t have any noise or complete privacy.

The rooms are cozy and the beds are really comfy. Also it's really quiet. I've thougrly enjoyed my stay every time I've been there. And the staff are absolutely amazing Who gone above and beyond for me several times. I honestly wouldn't want to go to another hotel, because this one is the best in the city

My co-worker and I were in the Lethbridge area. We were booked at a different hotel. It was absolutely horrible so I called The Sandman Signature. I am so happy that they were able to accommodate us. We had a beautiful room overlooking the courtyard. The beds were so comfortable and the towels were so thick. The front desk staff were also absolutely amazing. I am travelling back to Lethbridge and have already booked my stay at this hotel again. The Italian Table, which is a restaurant attached to the hotel, is well worth dining at.

I stayed solo at this hotel last weekend for my daughter’s basketball tournament and so glad I picked this hotel. My room was huge. Comfy king bed with a huge sofa bed that I would love in my house. Both bed and sofa were very comfortable. I also worked part of this trip and the desk was set up great. There was free wifi but I didn’t use it. I had the garden view and loved it. Plenty of light and the garden with the pool, trees and restaurant was lovely. Plenty of coffee and tea in the main area for the moms to hang out. The girls liked their rooms and the pool.

Very good stay. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were prompt and friendly. Very nice restaurant, great service even on a snow storm evening. Bed was very comfortable and excellent pillows. Room has all the needs for relaxing or working.
