The staff were all lovely and helpful.
Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The decor is a little dated but everything is to a high standard.
Only problem is that check in is quite late but check out is early

Excellent Sunday lunch We decided to visit the Errigal as we left a restaurant in Derry due to non-existent service. The young man who greeted us rapidly gave us menus and the service from there on was top class. Another young man looked after our meal and drinks order and all was flawless. We cleared our plates of salmon and turkey & ham. Overall very good food, a well run establishment from beginning to end.

Orla & Jessica These 2 girls were brilliant excellent service and made us feel so welcome highly recommend use will be made feel at ease. Best service I’ve seen in along time , came down to Donegal for the day and honestly this place is absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be back

Visited in May for 4 nights it was a very pleasant stay. the hotel was nice and the room was spotless the staff were very friendly and welcoming the food, however, was extremely good well cooked well presented and good quality had a lovely stay and would definitely go again and have no hesitation recommending this hotel. A pleasant stay here for a couple of nights, whilst on local business. Room was fine, the beds were comfortable, and the bath was nice too. TV, WiFi all good, no view from my room only the internal roof of the hotel sadly. The bar was nice as well. Breakfast was very good, it can get busy here as popular with coaches. Staff were great, all round good time here, would return. Cheers!

Me, my partner and 8 year old daughter love this family friendly hotel. The facilities are great, pool, sauna, jacuzzi, plunge pool and the amazing steam room. We return to this hotel time and time again. The staff are so helpful, rooms are spotless and food is lovely and plentiful, the macaroni and cheese is a must. A guy singing and playing guitar also on Saturday night, he was very very good. Overall a great stay, great location also with bowling, laser quest a 10 minute walk away, and shops and bars 15 minute walk in opposite direction. Love this hotel, and can't wait to return again soon.

Rooms were comfortable and clean .Staff friendly. However we were very disappointed as we had to clear our breakfast table both mornings as no one took us to our table and it was quite messy having to clear a table to eat . Not enough staff on duty in mornings.

The Mount Errigal Hotel in Ballyraine is a very comfortable hotel with great facilities. All the staff are friendly and good at their job. The Bar / Restaurant is a very pleasant place to be, with a great selection of food and drinks. One member of staff that stood out was Orla, she made my stay very enjoyable and special. I can only describe her as, very friendly, approachable, efficient and highly professional. She went out of her was to make sure my stay was 10/10. She gave me a Master Class on how customer service should be in all hotels.

I’m a long term member of the leisure centre, i attend many classes on a weekly basis.PTs come and go but most recently i met Stephen who has made the classes more challenging and exciting, i look forward to his classes in particular. Always teaching with great attention to detail, making me feel welcome and brings some craic to each class, this has really built a community atmosphere
