This hotel is perfect almost in all aspects: reasonable price, convenient place walkable to a nice, viable local community and metro station, very helpful staff, good breakfast, and small but clean room. Only one thing I must complain: the hotel should sue the guy who made the recent renovation of the bathroom: door of the bath cubic cannot be fully close. Water inevitably leak into the toilet room no matter how fast and careful I make the bath. Every night I have to use the batj towel to clean the mess.

Great hotel!
Although it is located in the suburbs, it is very close to everything (30 minutes walk to the Arc de Triomphe, 60 minutes walk to the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower through beautiful places).
There is a metro station next to the hotel and a 10-minute walk to the RER.
The staff is super helpful and friendly.
I lived on the 6th floor with a beautiful view of Paris, even a piece of the tower was visible 😊.
The hotel has a delicious and hearty breakfast, the products are fresh.
