All kinds of bad, but cheap, the subway station is not far

Great location, nearby metro station. Clean, cozy environment, well-equipped room with fridge and microwave, a beautiful garden full of flowers and well-kept plants. Ideal for my stay in Paris Merci beaucoup.

I accompanied a friend who was there for one night, the room has multiple defects justifiable by the price but hey... I find it daring to put "soundproof" in these qualities because it was not at all on the contrary . The room is connected by a corridor to the shared showers and toilets, and this corridor reeks of an undisguised smell of humidity. The receptionist is not welcoming at all and the manager treated us like children when we accompanied our friend, making us understand (although we were respectful given the late hour) that we had to leave. Even if it is well located there are hotels nearby, certainly a little more expensive but at least more pleasant. I do not recommend at all .

Welcoming hotel, rooms renovated, therefore clean; pleasant interior courtyard, reinforcing the calm of the rooms, metro and shops nearby: the essentials are there for an attractive price. I come back regularly.

Fair price and well-equipped room. On the other hand, no amenities such as breakfast or anything else. No elevator, common part in the middle of work on refinishing the walls, room will also require a serious lick of paint. I won't come back here.

Good location! WiFi doesn't work in the room; small box and shower water without pressure; floor was not clean when entering the room.

The staff is very nice and helpful. Cleaning consists only of washing the floor, a superficial cleaning of the bathroom fixtures and changing the towels every day except the penultimate one, I think to save money. Sheets have not been changed in 6 days. Anti Covid-19 cleaning protocols do not appear to be followed. The heating consists of a small stove but if it is not very cold it is sufficient. One day in December I ran out of hot water in the shower.
