Di fronte a un servizio quasi perfetto mi sento un po' in imbarazzo a segnalare una maggiore attenzione alla pulizia delle camere e della piscina. Il resto nulla da eccepire

A perfect holiday ❤️ we have just returned from a blissful 5 days spent here, we definitely benefited from the wonderful spa facilities, we booked treatments before we left home and that was a wise decision as others who waited until they got there , were disappointed as it was booked up. The staff on reception, restaurant, bar and spa cannot do enough for you and the the quality of the food was outstanding. We made use of all the facilities, the spa and pool especially on the wet days . On the dry days we used the bikes and we also used the free train pass to visit the local area. It’s quite a long way out from Verona and we hired a car to get from the airport, which was a good idea. You can get trains and buses but it looked abit complicated and I think a taxi was very expensive, it’s is about 25 minute walk to the train station in Levico from the hotel. The weather wasn’t great when we visited but it certainly didn’t spoil our holiday. I’m sure it is glorious in the summer months and would love a return visit in good weather. 🌞

We recently stayed at the Hotel Al Sorriso, it was a very happy experience, very courteous, efficient and friendly staff. Good food, Comfortable rooms, excellent location opposite the beautiful Lake Levico and a 10 minute walk from the pretty town. I thoroughly recommend this hotel

Lovely lake front hotel, quality rooms and well equipped wellness centre. Food was excellent quality and well presented. Special shout out to the barman Nicola for his excellent service and great choice of late night music.

This hotel is amazing, we couldn’t find fault with it at all, we stayed four nights, and without a car it was ample time to see this beautiful location. The hotel has a spa wellness centre which on a wet day can be your salvation, they supply you with robes and slippers to use through out your stay, to come and go to the pool, Roman baths, outside hot tub, and whirl pools, you can even take in a beauty treatment! Shear heaven. Hotel staff, food and rooms are of the highest standard. Also a plus, are the beautiful views over Lake Levico. Strolling the lake circumference takes about 2hrs. There’s plenty of outdoor activities if you feel inclined, such as hiring of bicycles, lake boats, pedalo’s etc. our only glitch were Taxi’s! They aren’t particularly reliable, so best to book one ahead to make sure you’re taken from the station to the hotel. It’s a long walk as we found out!

Ogni soggiorno in questo hotel è una vera delizia non solo per il palato - la cucina è sopraffina - ma anche e soprattutto per gli ampi spazi, la quiete, il contatto con la natura - il parco e la posizione sul lago lo rendono unico - la cordialità.... e chi più ne ha più ne metta! L'amore che questa famiglia di gestori ha saputo innestare nel lavoro si trasmette di generazione in generazione fino a raggiungere tutti gli ospiti che hanno la fortuna di soggiornare Al Sorriso!

Our second visit to this delightful, welcoming and friendly hotel. Simple but comfortable rooms, excellent service and outstandingly fresh food at every meal. A lovely setting too, just across the [very quiet] road from the shores of Lake Levico. We shall certainly be returning to this hotel again.

Bij aankomst was alles zeer goed geregeld. Zelfs de overdekte parkeerplaats was gereserveerd. De door onszelf gereserveerd kamer bleek kleiner dan gedacht, helaas waren alle royalere kamer volgeboekt. Ondanks dit min punt is dit een hotel om zeker eens naar te kijken als u in de buurt bent.Heel vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel in de restaurants en aan de receptie. Ook kun in dit hotel, wanneer je maar wilt een losse lunch en of diner(tegen extra betaling bij boeken.) Heerlijk rustig gelegen en van alle gemakken voorzien.
